When was this that you asked? The lady said before 100Mbps for RM 129 was out, she said she can do it. In fact she has helped to remove Ruby and customers paying RM 159.. Lucky bunch.

Now after the new plan is out, they system won't allow to do it anymore.

Yeah, RM 189 but you pay RM 179 & have Ultimate package + Ruby. Not fair. 

Triple confirmed can reduce price to either RM 159 or RM 129 depend the user account. He said you really want price reduce, then NO Turbo! (I saw the monitor with my naked eyes.)

TM not so stupid, I guess if you really remove the RUBY, you might really not getting Turbo. (Some lucky might get it, but the chances are sure pretty low)

Don’t bother. Have told him many times, and he keeps asking the same questions and talk about the same issues.

Got 800Mbps since end of August, I have decided to change back to 100Mbps come next billing cycle.

800Mbps is overkill, too much for me because I’m not a heavy downloader, mostly streaming.

I would save around RM60/month (RM720 a year) for making this decision

The best part is the C1200 would be just great for 100Mbps. Don’t have to waste money to buy another ‘powerful wireless router’

Believe me, 100Mbps is more than enough for most of you.

received a bonus from TM.... just yesterday get 100mbps for Rm129, just now got turbo-ed.... no wonder got 'order modified' submitted at 1831 hrs.... lol

Still waiting for turbo upgrade to 800. Checked my latest bill and been charged 139.50. The rate is reduced to 132 instead of the usual 189. Seems like they are upgrading their billing system with the new package coming in. Good to see they are reducing the price in accordance with new plan.

No announcement that I’m aware of.
I assume the changes was done last Friday when the unifi portal prompt down for maintenance after login.

Need other pro users to check their bill that still haven’t turbo and billing period starts after 15 of this month.

Usually ( touch wood) router rarely have prob unless lightning strike.haha
