Rm159, for full channel unifi TV, and stb. Or else the rm129 no stb, can access thru apps only. I'm at TM counter now

Hi, if I subscribe to this new RM129 100Mbps plan. Can I get turbo upgrade to 800Mbps later next year? 

Very unlikely if under contract because that is the argument TM will use against us.
However, if they are doing something for existing users then OK.

Nevertheless, my 800Mbps still nowhere to be seen, I don't even know this day will come because our area is a newly covered by UniFi. TM struggled to upgrade my speed to 100Mbps from 50Mbps earlier, I really doubt 800Mbps can come soon.

I don't want to keep paying extra for something which is uncertain.

Currently 100mbps for RM189. Contract ended on Nov,2018. Thinking to change downgraded to 100mbps for RM129. 100mbps is really enough for me. No need 800mbps.

Can remove ultimate only if u have another vernicular pack right?

I just spoke with CS and if you're coming from the UniFi Advance plans previously means we can't remove Ruby/Vatnam/Aneka/Ultimate.

frankly speaking, it is not something impossible. TM has done before which there are people getting two times speed upgrades previously and end up paying low price for the same plans as others and this is rare case some more.

obviously it is TM problem that gives extra benefits to those lucky one.

So there is a chance for users that subscribe this new rm129 100mbps to get turbo upgrade next year? 

It depends, even the current 100Mbps rm179, 189 did not keep mum but almost no one still can get rm169. even for those who are on rm189 may not be able to get rm139 for those who successfully remove the unifi tv as well.

Whereas there are lots of us whose paying RM189, RM229 & even RM329 for 100Mb/s

Yes, if can reduce to RM 159 for now, good enough. I will try TM Point Menara TM soon if I'm not lazy to drop by before work.

May be can try your luck to remove Ultimate thus reduce to rm129 if u don't need it.

Sharing my story that happened last month.

Live chat told me the same but then another department handles the modification of an account. My report was pending for a few weeks until one day they removed the Ruby Plus pack but I did not get a reduction of RM30 as they adjusted the discount amount. So I’m still paying the same monthly fees.

Questioned them why it wasn’t as per what I was told by live chat, they answered me that my package supposed to be RM189 per month so there will be no reduction in my monthly fee, they only remove the redundant Ruby Plus pack from my account and adjust the discount amount.

Not satisfied I filed a complaint on MCMC, conclusion in the end was TM replying back saying RM189 for 100mbps is the lowest that they can offer. MCMC also could not do anything unless proven otherwise with an account number that is paying below RM189 for 100mbps and Ultimate pack which I believe nobody would want to disclose their account number.

Any update on the 100mbps rm99 unlimited?

Surprise just received my upgraded 2 days ago, Sarawak here, but max speed not more than 300mb so far, upload always full.

She said actually before 129 plan for 100Mbps was out, can walk in to TM Point to remove Ruby. She removed before. What?!

Too late for me because system tak boleh now.

She wanted to remove Ruby for me to retain Ultimate but system didn't allow.
So, she tried to remove Ultimate and retain Ruby, then it only prompted RM 10 discount, she asked if I'm OK.
No, in fact she is requesting Turbo for me to be installed within 2 weeks time. Let's see.

I'm back & the CS guy said he able to reduce to RM 129 without penalty & of course, my contract will be refreshed (2 years). Another option is to reduce RM 30 by removing the Ruby pack (Since I don't have Ultimate pack) & the contract remained the same.

These two options will cause the Turbo upgrade terminated. He did check my account is eligible & confirmed will be received, but just a matter of time only.

Furthermore, he suggested that I wait until I received the Turbo, then he will help me to remove the Ruby pack, but I'm doubt with this move so let see about it so I on hold the plan to remove the Ruby pack first.

At the end of the day, I still need to wait the 800 Mbps Turb:o
