Just went on a tweet rage on @unifi and @helpmeunifi for their incompetence and ridiculous excuses and execution.
Well I do understand your frustration, the important rule when it comes to dealing with CS is never rage/angry at them no matter how disgruntled you are as this will not make CS job (i.e. to serve customers) any easier

Be nice and professional to CS agents, as the fact that CS is a very demanding and stressful job, and doing this will almost improve their morale and allows them to serve customers nicely. After all they work very long hours and they have to handle every single complaints from customers

This Arstechnica article shows why you shouldn't rage at CS agents (read comments if you need some more insight):

https://lifehacker.com/5917311/how-to-butte...t-what-you-wantIn fact, being nice actually gets you good customer service:
QUOTE
Even employees who are openly hostile to customers can’t resist your smile, “pleases” and “thank-yous.” If you return their angry glares with pleasantness, you’ll get better service almost every time.

Hence it's important to work along and negotiate with the agent as much as possible, not just complaining to the agent
