That's why I always recommend people to get a high quality CAT5e or even CAT6 cables (if you want to futureproof your network). I think AMP Netconnect is a good brand

You'll probably need 802.11ax/ad for that, but the range is so weak that you'll need something like a mesh setup. It might be much better to run CAT6 cables to your equipment

ad wireless are also much more susceptible towards obstructions, with simple objects like wooden doors can render the connection unusable. You'll need to put your device in line of sight of your router (similar to microwave frequency-based fixed wireless broadband)

There's no devices at this moment to use ad WiFi as well

It might be a much better idea to run a traditional Gigabit Ethernet connection instead

Unless the information is from Xefron or other reliable TM insider - all other supposed 'insider' information would be hearsay only

The 60GB data limits makes it no better than the new Maxis plan or even Streamyx 1Mbps - throttling down to 128Kbps after the 60GB (which is pretty much unusable for modern households these days) is just unacceptable in this age where the internet is somewhat a necessity, not a luxury

Probably the most practical answer here - the problem with high-rise buildings is there are always some management that refuses to upgrade their copper infrastructure to fibre due to various reasons

Note that the management could have upgraded them if they wanted to, but one of the biggest issue is to convince the management to upgrade from cooper to fibre

Still, both the management along with TM are responsible for the infrastructure within high-rise premises

Worst still it's just a waste of resources and time. The police is meant for protecting the public, not as a mean of coercion

USB 2.0 will have a theoretical top speed of 480Mbps, and even with USB 3.0 and its 5Gbps speed, it won't be able to fully utilize 800Mbps turbo

A friendly reminder: Never harass or even threaten TM staff - it's not going to benefit anyone out there, and worst still it could be illegal and may end up in legal trouble. If you are not happy with the upgrade or even the service itself, always try to resolve with TM and reach a resolution if possible. If that doesn't work, you can always escalate the matter to MCMC - after all this is why we have MCMC for such complaints
