I thought BTU is lifetime warranty? Why would the ask u to extend contract to replace a new one
*
Lifetime warranty with condition I suppose. I was given a choice of paying for the new modem or extend contract. I chose the latter.

I'm not 100% sure. t I've long suspected that it's gigabit even though the manual states that it's 100Mbps. I guess since you have it, you can confirm for us.
*
I would need another gigabit device to do this. Will confirm here if possible.

I was given two choices too. This is applicable to Phone, IPTV Box & Router only.

Home Gateway (ONU) is lifetime warranty by TM.

Ruckus is a good affordable brand, and I commend your choice. Easy to setup and control everything via a GUI, similar to Ubiquiti?

Never use ubiquiti before.

Ruckus unleashed AP is web based gui, it can control via normal browser, it also can be controlled via zone director hardware.

First setup is automatically become master AP, then the rest don't need to setup, just connect master AP and the rest unconfigure AP and it'll synchronize from master AP.

Take note that ruckus AP contain leashed and unleashed version, basically unleashed version is expansive than leashed version.

Unleashed - can synchronize across all model AP, not all smile.gif see manual it's state which can support. Wi-Fi ssid only 1, seamless between 2.4 n 5GHz, auto switch whichever your devices capable of.

Leashed - standalone unit. Wi-Fi ssid separated between 2.4 n 5ghz.

If license included it'll be more expansive.

You may consider Asus lyra.

Subs is SUBB?
If yes, then TM will focus those HSBB users first which is good news for me… smile.gif
