Ya, I understand on that part. But going second time to TM Point because agent or related department did not process my order after 24hours is not acceptable ma.

6. Different price for the same package. Eg: 100mbps (RM139, RM159, RM179, RM189, RM 229, RM329)

My suggestion is walk into TM Point to discuss or nego with agent instead of Live chat or call. They might offer you discount or alternatives.

I just live chat 2nd time just now to solve my pending orders but they refused to help me check and ask me to wait until next Monday. doh.gif

Then my TM friend suggested to call TM100 and choose option 3 provisioning team and the agent say will submit to process team to settle my pending order immediately since approaching 24 hours without any update. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Since paying more for less and dunno when turbo will come, better downgrade to 100mbps since sufficient for majority of us and save a lot $$ in a long run.

Who knows, TM might offer free upgrade to 300mbps in future like previous promo offered to us.

Only downside is contract will be renew to 24 months.

Ya, even 300mbps is overkill for me. Day time wont utilize since working out, night time only youtube or stream.

The saving can do something else or maybe subscribe to VPN.

Yea. The TM Point at Puchong opposite IOI close shop already, now sure TM is downsizing or what.

TAD at Bandar Puteri only for new registration and bill. Sunway pyramid is serving unifi mobile only.

For my case, need travel to Kelana or Menara TM. lol doh.gif

Sunway pyramid I ask CS is for unifi mobile only. Bandar Sunway that branch is TAD, some services might not able to settle there.

Logged in to my portal to check my order, got this RM202 fee but RM0 in Bill Details.

My package currently is 30mbps RM179, at most transfer ownsership + prorated also RM10 + less than RM179(prorated)
