Those who managed to get a reduced price for the same internet speed, i.e. RM119, RM129, RM159 for 100Mbps pre-TURBO, were you guys still under contract? Need to renew contract? Will it actually affect my TURBO eligibility? I'm going to highlight my loyalty and never late payment to TM, hope it will work... If I were to magically not get TURBO-ed, I guess I can apply for 1Gbps next year. No point paying so much more now...

I did what you did but no price reduction as I'm still under contract, so RM249/mth.... She said 2 weeks then I will be notified WHEN I will receive the upgrade. Only know WHEN. She said it is possible that I will be notified in a week's time if their marketing department is quick. The things she probably wrote down were your name and IC number as was what I saw before she took that piece of paper (with name and IC number) into the office. So I will be waiting for 2 weeks patiently if not, you and I can storm in together... devil.gif

Yup Menara TM on same day as you, counter 1 lol... I think I need the 800Mbps so I think I should at least wait 2 weeks and see... Streaming over plex seems quite tough even with 100Mbps with so many other devices fighting for bandwidth... smile.gif
