Hi, I've a problem with the IP CCTV which is linked to the B618-65d, whenever I use Unifi BB Sim Card, I can't view the CCTV via the app inside the phone but when I changed it to Digi Sim Card, I can view the CCTV using the app provided without any issue, very Smooth.

**Note: Speed Test for Unifi and Digi almost the same, download around 25Mbps +-, while Upload 4Mbps (Unifi) & Upload 20Mbps (Digi).

May I know how to solve this problem when using Unifi Sim Card? Any Setting require inside the Modem so that I can view the CCTV via app inside Android Phone?

Appreciate if someone can guide on this.

Thank you. rclxms.gif

I suspect that the Unifi BB Sim Card is providing you a Private IP Address instead of a Public IP Address. Check it by login to the router, on the WAN/Internet Status will shows the IP address its having.

Then use any computers & google for "what is my ip"

The IP address must match on both the router & the website shown. If not, then you need to contact TM & ask them to give you a Public IP address & emphasized that your CCTV is not working.
