I suspect that the Unifi BB Sim Card is providing you a Private IP Address instead of a Public IP Address. Then use any computers & google for "what is my ip"
The IP address must match on both the router & the website shown. If not, then you need to contact TM & ask them to give you a Public IP address & emphasized that your CCTV is not working.
