 Cannot startup old laptop Win 10

The license is stored inside the motheboard itself, no need to worry about it
Just replace the disk and start re-imaging the laptop
It’ll be easier to help if you can state the make & model of the laptop so I can advise you if that laptop supports UEFI or not. Please provide full model number, not just the product line I.E. Inspiron 14 / Alienware 13

PS:
To answer your PM question, no I don’t sell SSD. Choose between Intel or Samsung for the SSD, you can’t go wrong with either of them
Samsung 860 EVO is good. 256GB for only RM307 in Lazada

There should be a sticker behind the laptop (hide the serial number)

All 2.5" SSD is compatible for both laptop & desktop
There are no such thing as desktop specific SSD and laptop specific SSD
