There's actually 2 Meal plans to follow, losing weight and building muscle is two different meal plan. depending on which one are you focusing. IF you just want to lose weight, you will lose some muscles too if im not mistaken. (lowya correct or false). Building muscle requires for more excess protein . I think the beauty of building muscle is that your energy level will goes up . IF you are trying to fit one meal plan for both, the body system will have problems, I assume.
I think for Keto, u just want your body to be a Furnace to burn fat first . Your energy level will develop over time once you get rids of all toxins in the body and your cells starts rebuilt . u will feel young again and im sure your energy level will develop like a 10 years old kid again.

The one Meal a day is it consider a full meal that consist probably about 500-800 Kcal?
In between , we take smaller meal around 200 kcal . Usually, a good meal balance is about 5 small meals spread out in a day .
So if it's 1 Meal you mentioned above, i assume it's a filler to make it last longer. Usually i will take this meal for lunch but not exceeding above 500 -800 kcal.
