I read about Keto diet and im curious why keto diet wants you to eat more FAT . in percentage, they are more but reduced Carb.
Isn't Fat makes you fatter as well? They said in order to achieve Ketosis.

When you shift to a diet that’s almost entirely fat, you’re forcing your body into what is essentially starvation mode. Deprived of its main fuel source (carbs), your body shifts into ketosis, which is when you turn your fat stores into ketone bodies. Ketones can act as a substitute for molecules like glucose that your body would normally get from carbs. Having ketone bodies instead of glucose in the brain might be why this diet works for epileptic people, and breaking down body fat makes it appealing to all the fad dieters. If you’re doing keto for weight loss, the idea is that you’re trying to constantly keep your body in a mild state of starvation, such that you’re burning off fat all the time.

the nett carb i calculated it is very low. it's like 30g only. that means i can eat like 1-2 slice of bread per day if im not wrong.
and i wonder if you do any checks to indicate if you are in Ketosis . is our pharmacy sells the bood strip to check using blood glucose monito.

in the beginning of the journey, the strips will be useful to detect ketones, but when your system kept using ketones that you generate in the long term, the negative indication from the strips is misleading.

Best way to detect is when you have mental clarify and no longer crave any food (esp carbo or sweet food) even you takes only 2 meals a day, recommended timing is 1130am and and 5pm, so intermittent fasting starts from 5pm onwards till next morning. Most fasting people will say cleansing, but it's the long hour of burning fats producing ketones that helps to eliminate diseases such as epilepsy, diabetes, cancer, etc. More studies has been done at the cell levels that suggest to deprive the mitochondrial from using glucose to feed detrimental anaerobic cell energy productions that are probably mother of all source of illness. A healthy cells will likely use oxygen and ketones to produce energy.

Long term plan is one meal a day (OMAD), it helps you organs to work less daily (less damage) and achieve longevity. The emphasis long term is quality over quantity.

I know it's totally defy old traditional thinking, I hope it helps your health in the long run.

If you work out and doing keto dieting, then you will feel demotivated as your energy level cannot keep up with the muscle demand.

false, your body has more fats reserves that required, the high fats diet will supply the energy needs for exercise requirement, unless you are Underweight or Malabsorption.

The one Meal a day is it consider a full meal that consist probably about 500-800 Kcal?
In between , we take smaller meal around 200 kcal . Usually, a good meal balance is about 5 small meals spread out in a day .
So if it's 1 Meal you mentioned above, i assume it's a filler to make it last longer. Usually i will take this meal for lunch but not exceeding above 500 -800 kcal.

as long as you work well on under 100g carb (e.g. <2 pcs of bread daily threshold) you shall be good, calories count is a hassle for most people. You will not lose muscle weight by sticking to keto protein requirement, it's a 3 in 1 plans - lose weight, gain muscles, prevent deceases.

and about Keto using more fat in the diet , will it be more risky since high visceral fat is not so good for the health unless what they meant was healthy fats like animal fats , olive oil , canola oil , flaxseed oil , right.

In the Keto ency, do they mean these are the FATs rather than the refined oils such as hydrogenated oil and trans fat oil?
*
animal fats are more stable than other cooking oils, so it's recommended in keto diets. So if you are cooking, try using fatty meat as your cooking oil replacement. Even if you buy olive oil, the moment you open, it will come in contact with oxygen and get oxygenated, but with animal oil it's doesn't get oxygenated, hence are healthier choice of cooking 'oil'.

Having said that, anything good in large amount will not end good either, that's life.

That is why I am saying you should read and understand more before you go on and gulp your 'protein shake'. Carbs do not make you fat. Fats do not make you fat. Over eating does.

Fats are higher in caloric density hence it is easier to over eat. 1.5 table spoon of oil is 180kcal to 190kcal while 2 slices of massimo full wheat bread is 183kcal. You feel fuller with 2 slices of bread hence you will not have the tendency to go eat other food to curb your hunger. I have nothing against keto diet, but you need to know how nutrition work before following blindly on what they called fad diet.

Regardless what 'diet' you follow, calorie in vs calorie out. If you do not understand, go google more, read more.

Carbs will make you crave for more carbs, here's why:

Carbs or sugar intake immediately converted to glucose by saliva, ready to use by body at the very first instances, however insulin spike will convert excess glucose in stored fats in say the belly for future use. After the spike is over, your body starts craving for more again. This vicious cycle is repeated and the process of of storing the energy is repeated but this process is quite taxing to our organs, where the liver or kidneys are working round the clock just to store up excess energy, what for? So this is the reason to avoid carbs.

So for fatty like you who has lots of fat reserve, just drink plain water. Your body will tap your TDEE calories from within.
