So guys, i got the Samsung q990b but can't seem to get the hdmi connection to work...connect hdmi3 earc on tv to the hdmi 1 on soundbar... Is this correct? The soundbar doesn't seem to be receiving anything... When i choose hdmi on the soundbar and try to adjust volume, it shows not available... Need to make adjustments on the tv? I have chosen arc in the audio output... For digital audio out i have kept it at auto....

Connection via optical works but then can't get atmos right
Please help guys
Okay... My mistake... Have to connect to arc/hdmi on the soundbar
