According to this guy, TCL will release outside of USA, series X10 which is equivalent to the 8 series in USA.

The 8 series or the X10 will have 25,000 miniLEDs and 1000 dimming zones.

No hope. bye.gif

Hisense also releases better mid end machines such as H9F in US and also not coming to this part of the world. Even H9F is not sold in UK.

I suspect these machines are made with limited volume capacity. TCL and Hisense probably see other parts of the world ( such as Malaysia ) have no volume to make it profitable.

Ya tried it once with washing machine but it was a comparison with another branch of HN itself.
Not sure if it will be successful with an online store.

Well then , he is wrong .

AFAIK only the step up , much more expensive 75" U9A model has a Quantum Dots optical filter .

Yet proving another case of TV salesman have no idea what they are putting on their mouth thesedays .

And it has no local dimming either , with that measly 300 nits peak brightness .

Hisense is rich though and they are having a campaign where the brand is willing to replace your TV 1 to 1 within the first 3 years of warranty .

They will only look at physical store's offer.

My experience with HN with TV, washing machine and fridge. they matched the price i saw (with photo) at other shops

one thing i like HN is their free delivery, service and warranty

I've bought it though even i am too unable to view any demo unit.
seriously pricing wise is really not competitive as there's many other choices in the market...
but the PQ is really impressive, quite satisfy with this TV.
didn't expect they will have firmware upgrade in short time, but they did provide update firmware.. now it has prime video supported and more features loaded.
