Lol. Ya, might be kepentingan perkhidmatan, but what is beneath kepentingan perkhidmatan reason. For sure due to alleged misbehaviour. That letter is surat rasmi one, it will not said, sexual bla bla bla. But the reason is there, due to sexual misconduct a.k.a alleged misbehaviour.
Actually in BM, the phrase DITAMATKAN and DIHENTIKAN almost bring the same meaning. For PERMANENT government worker, like someone said above, they are not contractual worker, means their terms is up to 60 years old, maybe u confuse with the term DITAMATKAN and DIHENTIKAN.
This sexual predator is permanent worker, that letter should sound, Dihentikan, not ditamatkan, but actually it does bring same meaning for permanent worker. That Ditamatkan more accurate on contractual worker, but it bring same meaning on permanent worker, means he Dihentikan perkhidmatan.
