How to close my Lazada account ?

I need to unlink the handphone as no longer receive OTP from Lazada , prefer register new account  better

The lazada person on asklaz@lazada.com.my and on Messenger told me to use the wallet for next purchase.  I told them not I would not buy any more stuff from Lazada.  I want to close account and have my money returned.  No reply since.  I have complained on pissedconsumer.com.  I saw a number of complaints against Lazada Malaysia.

did a return to seller in SHOPEE. everything okay.

the seller wants to refund to me my Return shipping fee to seller.

But he/she wants my bank no. to bank in. I don't really want to reveal.

Does SHOPEE help customers facilitate refund of return shipping fees?

so i receive this msg on lazada inbox (in the app). i dont remember buying anything from clinique (on lazada) until i realized that date was i bought their products thru sephora app.

isn't this violate PDPA? if they had my email why dont they just inbox normally? why thru lazada?

am i freaking out over nothing? or this is normal and i'm just being silly?

Do you mean voucher cannot be used for mobile top up purpose? Can you confirm this?

As per check here you are using to much voucher to make an order for that i kindly advised you to try another method to proceed with the payment

So you are saying, we should not use the voucher frequently? I did not see any TnC state that we can't use voucher for n times.
Furthermore, my last 2 order not even using voucher at all! Are you sure you state this correctly?

i do understand your concern allow for this issue the order has been cancel due to alot of voucher you have used , but no worries allow me to check with my relevant department and revert back to you

You guys can dream of they will keep giving out "money" they have essentially dominated the e-commerce in malaysia
