Better return, print label*2 cost you like 20cent.

You can make dispute after 4 days.

I bought some stuff during 12.12, seller took quite some time to ship and I received it on 31st Dec 2018.
This is fine until when I open package, that was not what I want.

Proceed with Return, but the status of order stuck in "Shipped" forever!
There are no Return button, only Cancel which was grey out.

Wait until 6th Jan, beh tahan d go n chat with support.
They said will escalated and take 24-48hrs to change status.
Fine...

Wait until 9th Jan, definitely more than 48hrs d.
Contact support and they said in progress.
As due date, they said no idea.

Today contact them again, told them already more than 2x 48hrs as they promised, they only apologize and said will hightlight.

Folks, what action I can take in this case?
Already 1week+ and I have the unusable stuff at my place.
Not to mention I need to reorder again.

according to TNC, buy with credit from wallet, refund to wallet. nothing wrong here.
The problem here is the limitation of withdrawing from wallet, IMO this should not in place at any circumstances.

Indeed! If cancelled and still can buy from other seller with same price - not an issue at all.
What I cannot tahan is sometime it was cancelled and customer lose the deal. Have to pay premium price for exactly same thing.

Normally OOS statement come out from seller. I really hope seller kena some degree of compound by doing this.

One question:
Is it ok to lodge complain to KPDNKK that often?
I dowan my name kena flagged as abuser on their system.

Price only started 16th Jan onwards.

just print 2 pcs, 1 stick on box another one give counter.
Nothing need to fill.

By buying it, you are obligate to follow TnC, which specifies you have to use it within validity date.

There are no way to extend/revalidate expired voucher.
However, if you purchased something with it within validity date and ask for refund, chances that you can ask to revalidate used voucher.

Luckily i used mine and top up little bit to buy small capacity flash drive.
Can use to make Windows installation media.

That's a lot.
You better off just terminate your acc and ask them transfer money back to your acc.
