Yup, outdoor antenna, <5KM from the tower, so can't compare one.

For signal it is 85-100%, but the quality is always 100%, for TV2 HD and TV3 HD, it will lag a bit and there is wave effect but I forgot why(either p/i or 50/60HZ issues).
Try changing to PAL, to know which one you should be, wait until news and there is rotating new below it, you can observe the effect of stutter, which means you has set as NTSC(60hz) instead of PAL(50hz).

Unsure for resolution and p/i, I just set it to p because of wave effect on HD channel if my memory don't failed me.

Ya, they already changed the algorithm, before and before you has high chance to shake for it if you are first shake on time, now it seem more random and no visible rules for it.

Well, Taobao/Tmall seller can also change address as they like, but no issues so far.

And they really can change the address by modify the address on the shipping package without notify us, right?

1. Immediately, I tried once for the shake voucher that auto applied like on Taobao/Tmall, and it did return back to me for next order.
For voucher code, also immediately, if someone grab it before you, then nothing you can do.

But at least you can prepare for it, as it will be canceled by you instead of auto cancel.

So I guess you are newbie here? As I know, many people in this thread know if there is a voucher code used up, wait for 48 hours 7-11 payment to be auto cancel and available again, or 1 hour for payment order that getting stuck to be auto cancel, then you grab from them.

But as you can now cancel the order without paying for it, it means it will be harder to guess the time for trying the voucher now.

2. Then no use, which fall back to second option, contact the courier service with the same phone number written on the package, and give a rating about the seller not reading the live chat, done.

Well, as it is sent by seller, so it means the seller is verified and they can trust the seller that it is indeed the buyer want to change the address, so instead of you wasting your time to changing the address which is your mistake, you can now let the seller helps you by wasting your time, and saving your time.

And they did support the courier system not bad, there is once the pos laju clicked on abnormal status, then it trigger the Lazada auto refund script and it just cancel the order and refunded to me.

Nah, in Taobao the seller can also reject to reply you, they also can black list you(auto cancel your order when you make order before the payment), and also hold on for send the items for 365 days, but you can find the Taobao CS to handle if they reject to sent the item after payment make.

So the best is just avoid this kind of seller.


Ya, I forgot about that, in China, when you want to change the address, you need to wait for your package stop/updated on a point/location, then you contact the courier to change the address, which the seller will take care for you.

This is not a issues here as it is not much route before it arrival to your city.


Hmm, they can still be fake image, but in China the seller has own CCTV to record that, so in case the buyer say it is not the correct product/item, then they can prove it by providing the video to the Taobao CS, and also the same if the buyer return a fake product.

Well, every platform has their own target, I guess.

2. Well, the black list feature is a third software feature for Taobao, so I don't think it is available on Lazada.
On Taobao, they normally blacklist person that purchase and give low rating, which is very hurting their shop, and they prevent these low rating buyer to make order, that's all.

Give permission to the seller to reject the buyer too, it is good or not, I don't know, but it did protect the seller from buyer troll, while protecting bad seller.
And it is a trouble just like now, you can having thing purchased at the discounted price, but the seller just a troll to providing lowest price to attract people that might be the future customer to remember their shop, then for people that ordered the items, they will cancel the order using wrong price, out of stock etc.

But ya, so far the seller can choice to not approve the comment that you given, which is kind of blacklist as well.


3. Yup, for big holiday which having delay like 1 or 2 week on delivering your package, then you might be at home town, or back to your house already.


4. A CCTV is not expensive, just using a home CCTV IoT camera is enough, but the seller lazy to implement as you need to stand in front/under it each time you want to package it.

As it is a rare case, then why need a CCTV then?


5. Ya, we are lacking third-party price tracking service that is useful, in China they has UserScript that can see the price just when you browsing the item page.

But in this case, just add to wishlist for lazada, it will record down the price when you has added to the list, and you can see the current price, but of cause you can't see for the shipping fee.

For Shopee, it is add to cart just like Taobao, it will showing the price updated, but it is a bit of trouble as all items are ticked as default.


6. Ya, just you know, one last step, if Alibaba want to implement this, they might just purchase PGEON, then provide the service that allow you to choice the nearest PGEON point to helps you collect the item, and having SMS or APP QRcode to verify it is you.

They already has the similar service on Taobao which is still the CaiNiao, so if they just really trying to copying good feature/services from Taobao, then this might be implemented in the future.


7. Ya, the only thing that works is the filter(like how much the price etc), as it is just a simple filter.

For Taobao, it is depend on your location as it is a huge land, unsure for Lazada algorithm.
For Shopee, they also do the same thing, when I choose Top Sales, it is not showing in order of Top Sales, it is showing in order of Top Sales in month, or whatever shop that paid for ads location.


8. They don't want to implement big enough like WeChat Pay or Boost App, so they don't allow draw out, which many people don't like it, but I guess their current target is forcing people to purchasing again on Lazada, which it might getting bigger in the future if they saw there is a chance.

But, ya, if can't withdraw(excluding the refund la) then it is petty much useless, unless you has lot of money la.

Unsure for the expiry, as it is your real money, need to deep into the TnC to know about this, and I also know that you can close it, which will force all the money to be draw out to your bank account.


9.The problem is when you reserve it, it means you don't paid for any product yet, if you reserved it but don't purchase any product, then it is wasted.
So when you giving those voucher to be claimed, it means you also need to count how many people will be claim and dump it, or claim and use it.

But ya, for Lazada you can also check the items list for claimed voucher, which items it can be applied, but not for voucher code la.
And voucher code means that, you can only make order by using that voucher code, and no more discount from Lazada collected voucher will be applied.

For collected voucher, it can be added up like shop's collected voucher + Lazada collected voucher, and you can just tick all items in cart and pay for it in once.
Not apply the voucher code for each shop one by one, at this rate, the buyer will give up or the voucher will be used up or the item will be out of stock.

For the Taobao, you can ignore it, just they implement this voucher code feature to letting us claim for it on time, instead of having a red envelope that you can just claim every 10 AM before the event.
It sound great as the value has been increased from -200 to -555(and increase chance to yes or no, instead of getting like -20 only), but it is worst for such a big event on China, as every items will be extra discounted and extra gift given if you make order in between 0 - 1 AM, so every items that you want to purchased will be out of stock when you want to apply for voucher code after 12 hours of the event.

So ya, I still like reserved/claim, but it is a headache for seller and platform, as they need a fixed budget for the promotion discount, this is also why the discount value increased for Taobao, as they know it will be people paying for it, instead of claim and dump it.


Well, unless the seller shipping multiple package to you, you can't reject all other 6 items while accept the 4 items you want.
For now, you can only reject the order that you made and return all the items in that order.

As Lazada is a company under Alibaba, so code reuse is a normal thing, which you can see the shadow of other Alibaba products on it, with a few hidden bug too.

Latest info, as I predicted before, they are copying the system from Taobao, and indeed it is.

All order made in 11.11 (today) can only hold the stock for 30 Minutes, after that the stock will be released, there will only be holding the price only.

So if you want to make payment, ensure that is stock available for your chosen item variance, it will perform the checking after you choice your payment method, and auto cancel your order if there is none.

If you want to know the difference, Taobao's item page will inform you about it will be released after 15 minutes, while no warning from Lazada.
And the order will still be there, not auto cancel after you chosen your payment method.

Yup, the refund function is to allowing you not finding cs to return your money back to bank, long before that you need to find the cs to return your money if you paid with Online Banking, or it will become credit point in your account, that's all.

Ya, wrong design, if using refund money in wallet to purchase something, when return back it should be refund money+deposit money(for top up amount).

Keep it first, if you are lucky you will get both.

But if you are kind person, return it.

No any idea, as they really porting the system to Lazada, but the wallet is the new one.

It is not customer will to top up the the wallet, it is the payment gateway issues that causing the topup a.k.a. refund.

But ya, it is the customer choice to use it instead of withdraw it la, but let make it 50 50.

Your transaction should update in 24 hours, but you can't pay for it anymore, and it will be refund to your wallet if it charged.

I grab a lot of thing yesterday, just because the new system feature port from Taobao.
If you wonder, it is when you order in such a big event, to ensure the seller can earn money from it, your order will only reserve your quantity for 30 mins, if no payment, it will released back to the pool for other customer make order and purchase for it, but you hold the price.
So if there is still stock available in the pool, you can paid for it, but more trouble happen if you paying and someone grabbing it making the pool to zero.

Because, they don't reserve it back from pool while you are making payment.
Someone grab it while you are paying? GG.

Or it can be 15 mins for order at 0 - 2 AM, I don't has time to testing it, so no idea about this.

Anyways, I tested the feature and it is half-baked, as above.
If payment issues, this system is GG, it works for Alipay in China as they don't has any payment issues, and most of their credit card is having promotion that already prepare for such a big event.

But not in Malaysia, so it went into mess.

The solution is for the gateway upgrade their system and server, while Lazada think about wallet issues.
Because there is big risk for this case.


You make order, but it cancel, return to your wallet.
You lack of money and using the refunded money in wallet to make order again.

Failed again, it back as deposit, you lost some hope to Lazada as promotion price is over, and you lost hope for not able to withdraw the money, unless you close the account, which is wtf.
