Just remember to paid via credit card, so if it cancel, it will refund to your wallet, and you can withdraw it to pay your credit card, while having point for your credit card.

Then just contact the lazada cs, they will show you how to report and get back the money step by step.

And over lesapda for people who grabbed RM 1 slashdiscount promotion but the payment don't make through, then later released to other for make purchase after 30 mins.

Yes, unless there is no record on your bank account + lazada system + payment gateway, then you don't pay for it or pay for it now will having the same result, money lost.

And unless it is a flash sale product order or an order that get sucked on white screen payment, it should able to pay again.

Also check your wallet to see did the money stay there.

You can try, but it should become this.

As the flash sale is over, when you tried to pay after some times, as the stock that available for flash sale already being released to other customer and sold out, you can't pay for it anymore, and it will show that error.

Because you are paying for the stock that is not under flash sales, even it is available, so it don't allow to complete the payment.

Try sending "live agent" or human words to them, it should showing a dialog asking you to fill up information, then it will bring you to the human cs.

Call for helps from your CC company to obtain the id, as it is under hold transaction, it is not shown under your online transaction record, as it is for finished transaction.
So far I only know that Public Bank will showing this type of hold transaction, you can know about it if you purchase car fuel and sawing it is RM 500 for it.

And next time, screenshot the payment info when you receiving the tac, normally the transaction id will shown on that gateway page.

Just new information, the message and shipping system are having issues on Lazada, I had received package from the seller that is not under Lazmall, but no message about it being shipped.

So remember to check each of your order to know about the status, if it showing the "Track Package" button, it means it is shipped/waiting collection, and you can copy the tracking id from there to track on each shipping system like GAM for Gdex etc.

For the OTP, so far I know the design after you key in the OTP(TAC) and submit, the server will contact Lazada server that you had confirm to make payment, if the Lazada server said yes I know, then it will count as success and deduct money from your card by telling your bank system etc.

I also trying to pay for Taobao at 11.11 morning, and lucky get a few failed respond from MOLPAY which is also using FPXPAY while I am paying via online banking.

As I don't really try to discover in this area, but I think it can be they messed up the transaction with other customer transaction, if their design is having bug.
When your system is not ready for extreme high load that count as DDOS, bug will shown up, that's why they normally choice to turn off the server or block the DDOS traffic outside the firewall, as they want to protect the server being memory overflow.

But you can't, as it is money.

For Lazada, the resource is dynamic allocated like other servers, when you can't load the pages, it is because it is such a very low priority compare to handling of payment.
Which indirect showing that Lazada might also causing this issues, as they are also out of resource to handle this, maybe some of them has been using as CDN servers for Taobao, so it out of resource.

For the filter, it should be not blocking, if it is blocking, you will see the sliding for human verification.
And I don't think it will stupid enough to show this sliding page to payment gateway, or it will be funny.

As Paypal is their own gateway, means the Lazada connect to Paypal server, so I guess they already ready for it, but I guess there are still some failed transaction at 0 AM.

And for other payment excluding COD, 7-11 always mess up when everyone is grabbing it for holding discount order long time ago, so less customer and well, they has less report as no one willing to using it on high traffic time, but at least Lazada is connecting to their own gateway directly.

For CC and online banking should be the same gateway? I had such a very long time not using them after I found out Paypal is the best.
If yes, then yup, I think 95% of people using it, and kaboom, just like last month on Shopee, they also die on the payment gateway.

Yes, many lost their promotion price because of the suck of payment, specially CC.
Lot of them has sucked on waiting 24 hour verification, and can't choice other method to re-pay again.

And the worst?
They never know it will released back to public after 30 mins.

For people that paid for it but it get sucked and found out later in the wallet, ya, bad luck.
Trying to pay higher promotion price using wallet and get cancel again? double bad luck.

If you already got the tracking id, it is because Gdex/Pos Laju has their warehouse fulled, instead of taking it to their warehouse, why not left at the seller place first?

But it can be possible that it had already bring to warehouse, but they haven scanned it yet...

Taobao should be 1 year/365 days waiting period if the seller don't packed the item(forgot whr I saw this), after packed the item it will start count down for 10-11 days, and you can extend 3 days once, while seller can extend it for 3-5 days infinity.

There should be some penalty for seller don't packed the item on time, but I am unsure about that part, and I got 1 order that waited the seller to ship the item since 618 until 1108, so you count the date la.

This is allowed as lot of clothes sellers prefer having pre-order, they can choice using official pre-order system if they know the date, or just sell like normal product but stated as pre-order.
So you can't hurt this kind of selling method and had to allow them to extend as they like, but they allow you to cancel order if the seller don't shipped within stated date.

Processing means paid, or it will be waiting for payment, you can try place a order without complete payment, and check that order status to understanding the difference.

And Lazada app updated with similar feature from Taobao, you can view most recently shipping info from your orders, and can load all the comment on feed part by part now.

But the debug notification still there.

As long as that order don't has pay now on top right, and not under pay now on apps, should be fine.

But wallet is kind of buggy, so seek for cs help is good la.

FYI, Paypal is removed from Lazada's payment method, based on Google result, it happen 2 days ago.

As you are not using IPv6, I guess you are streamyx user?

Then they should marked the public IP that shared along many streamyx user as unusual IP address already, and I guess unlucky lot of lzd users are using that IP address.


Anyways, the temporary solution is keep sliding, it will unlock for you after tried like 3-6 times.

You switch to mobile data to avoid this issues.

The final solution is you contact the TM live chat, tell them you want to having a public IP for CCTV port forwarding, and you also asked the CCTV's vendor but they told you that you need a public IP address for allowing access from your phone at outside.
To confirm you really need a public IP address, they will ask one more question to verify you know what you want or not, as IPv4 address is very lacking now.

You can perform repayment of the order without waiting for 10 minutes timeout already, it will pop out a dialog asking you want to wait or pay again for now.

Ya, just saw other people posted about facing same slide bar on Taobao, and I facing slow internet these 2 days, I think there are some DDoS happen around MY.

Anyways, for the "back to the same page" issues, this also happen on Taobao if you open multiple tabs, just very rare, it is design back to the product page if you are clicking buy now but facing slide bar, just sometimes it happen wrongly and back to another tab's page that is loading.

More, I asked people on China, when they facing this slide bar on Taobao, it is solved immediate instead or waiting at least 2 second after slide.
I think they are sending back these data back to China server for analysis as well.

Because he want to having the TAC code sent to email instead of SMS, which is not possible for security issues, as people can steal your email easier than a phone.

For opening e-wallet, it required phone number verification, but he want to unlink phone number instead of changing it.

So nope, no solution for this except closing the whole account and asking for withdraw of money.


But this I also don't understand, so you means your phone number attached in the email and sent to you, or your means the phone number attached to the emaill account(lazada account) unable to receive the SMS?

But the other already told you you can change it via profile, which can be "Verify through Email" to change your phone number, I don't think anyone only have 1 phone number, and having their email blocked or steal which causing trouble that disallow you to change the phone number.



If you only have 1 phone number, I suggest you go and grab a free UniFi Mobile sim card, which allowing you to using it without any money top up, each time you go for that free 2GB mobile internet access, it will reset to 90 days validity.

Then you will having a second phone number to replace your current phone number tied to your Lazada account.


And yes, life is difficult, but if you keep asking for unlink the phone number instead of changing it, then you are adding the difficulty to your life.

In case of someone steal your email, change password(optional), reset lazada password using your email, saw got money inside the wallet, and obtain tac via email?

This is always happen on Steam, just in case you don't know, but they only change the steam password, remove the email, and blacklist the Steam email so they can't reset it on time, or even worst, don't know how to whitelist it so they lost it forever, until someone told them look for blacklist.

Lucky Steam just using on Computer, so they can implement a verification apps on the mobile, which is a proper two-step verification.(phone device + password)


Which is fully shown in your Lazada account.

So many method of doing this(like TAC on phone, then your phone number is steal, someone using it to receive the code to login, and make payment), as long as you don't lost your phone(without lock or etc la), or at least don't lost your email account, or lost your phone number, then it is safe.


AND WOW, wait a second, did Lazada don't implement the payment pin code(like your debit/credit card) for the Ewallet?
If yes, then nothing much I want to say about this Ewallet, which they don't think what will happen if the phone number is steal by other.
And I will guess they don't invite Alipay CN to implement this Ewallet, like they did to port the system from Taobao to Lazada.
