Laz price will increase 16% most of the item + shipping fee but if the voucher is 25% still worth it and if not , everyone will be going to shopee.

Laz should actually give out free shipping voucher like shopee or free voucher for those buyer who subscribe for emails and extra adv.

Depends , make sure you have your courier tracking number in hand.They'll call you first or give something a tracking note for self pickup at their office.

I am not sure what item you are going to buy , it's the best to have someone receive it if it's food or fragile item and expensive item also included.
You may not know how item gets broken from 2nd delivery except you bought a Fashion clothing that will not break or something simialr USB pendrive/sdcard.
Suggest to self pickup if they 1st attempt was fail.

You can always call through the tracking number but things will be different if you bought from oversea.

If laz never charge commission from seller , why price is still higher than shopee ?
