After today's chat with Support, all my PENDING transactions (Early Nov) are now SETTLED and BIG Points promptly credited into my BIG account.

According to the CS, all my transactions were already SETTLED during my first report, it's the BigPay app's front end that reflected as "pending".

You could just Manage Booking in AA website to check.... Most CS have very poor knowledge beyond their domain.

Today tried twice to use BigPay to pay via MaxisPay website...
Failed with this message

RM10 is charged by BigPay
THB220 is charged by the bank in Thailand as fees.
Conclusion: Don't withdraw cash from ATMs in Thailand
