We're planning to upgrade our One-Time-Password (OTP) services. The maintenance will take one hour, from this Friday at 11:45pm to Saturday at 12:45am (GMT+8).
During that time, you won't be able to receive login or transaction OTPs. If you're still logged into your BigPay app or don't plan on making online payments, it won't impact you.
