For the insurance auto debit, my case finally resolved today where auto debit is success finally. Seems like is BigPay had corrected at their end as Manulife told me they didn't do anything, just keep on auto debit every working day.

Update: Manulife & BigPay both side claim that they didn't do anything extra and suddenly the charges go through..

Agreed. If got monthly official statement like bank statement or credit card statement is best.

Public Bank Debit Card (Is a Prepaid Card, but PBB named it as Debit Card, not linked to Savings Account) did provide such statement.

Another way is Auto Debit with BigPay. Just give your BigPay Card details to your insurance agent to update and tell the agent this is CIMB Card

My Manulife finally able to go through. 1 Aug would be next auto debit date. Let see how is it on that day. GE Auto Debit go through in Jul without any issue.

I will reload after statement date on Aug

Hi Jonathan, just a suggestion, for schedule maintenance, is it possible to put a notice at least 1 day in advance in the App like online banking for bank?

I got PBB RM50 cash back for July Week 2, swiped 8 x RM60 transactions into BigPay before 9am on 9 July.

It is a + point if have features like paywave where you can pay at places like McD drive through easily

BigPay down again. Just want to swipe at Speedmart. Keep failure causing long queue.

I tried to add BigPay into Boost top up option and it is successful (Pre-authorized RM2 and reversed immediately). It appear as "Boost" in BigPay transaction history.

However, when I try to perform top up, it is failed on the card page (After enter amount to top up, click proceed and key in pin code, it failed). And it appear as "Celcom-RPS" in BigPay transaction history. Seems like different payment gateway? Very likely problem is with Boost side...

You meant Boost top up is without OTP? That's why BigPay reject it?

I don't think the problem is with Boost. As it shown as declined transaction in BigPay. If is Boost not accept BigPay, it shall be straight reject at Boost side and no records at BigPay at all. Now is BigPay not reject and not release the payment. I also think that it is same with Insurance direct debit fiasco.

I would think that it is BigPay issue as explained above.

It is "declined" status in BigPay and the decline reason is "Transaction not permitted........" and this is same reason with last time my insurance auto debit being rejected.

I had no auto debit issue with GE too. My Manulife auto debit failed in July too. But after feedback to Jonathan, he asked his Operation team member, Vijay to contact me and it is successful auto debit now.

I tried and the screenshot result is a black screen when I want to screenshot inside BigPay app. No issue with others app screenshot.

Email done to complaint about Boost & WeChat Pay top up with BigPay MasterCard.

Feel not so convenient to upgrade as don't know need to wait how long to receive the card. If more than 1 week, then there goes PBB weekly Spend Now 4 More campaign..

When our credit card expired and bank replaced with new credit card, it come with same 16 digit number. Why BigPay unable to do so for upgrade?

I don't think any e wallet company is making money now as majority is absorbing fees, giving all kinds of freebies and discounts to grab market share. In long term, this will wipe out those small player and consolidate to a few big player only..

Majority e wallet player is big company and funded from their current operation, i.e. AirAsia (BigPay), Celcom (Boost), Touch n Go, WeChat Pay, vCash (Digi) etc.
