I'm purchasing with BigPay online and failed as well. BigPay don't have record of the failed transaction at all. Merchant issue or BigPay issue?

Anyone spend in Shopee with Bigpay? I had a few transactions with Shopee and since 12 Oct, all the Shopee transactions status is in "pending". Last settled transaction with Shopee is 7 Oct. Anyone experience the same?

I beh tahan with Bigpay today. Give up on bigpay and spend 8x RM60 transactions on others. I'm able to receive PBB OTP. The problem is from BigPay side. They need very very big improvement to handling traffic. I think less than 600 people is topping up and we are facing such ridiculous issue.

Did anyone facing payment issue in shopee? I try to make payment just now but failed. I delink the card and link again, RM1 successfully charged to the card, but when I want to make payment, again the message is "declined by issuing bank". Any idea?

I had problem with top up bigpay to boost as well. I had tried to remove the card and add again. It is success with RM4 being charged and reversed immediately from BigPay. However, when try to top up boost with bigpay, it just failed.
