Omg...it is terrible, please keep us updated on the development of this issue. i just applied bigpay account and still waiting card arrival. If this issue cannot be solved, maybe i will not use bp already. |

yesterday evening buy a car plate number at JPJ website, no bigpay/tune money option at credit card payment list so I just pick CIMB Bank.
Transaction pass with OPT, everything silky smooth
transaction time on receipt is 07:39:45 PM

just tried to use BP for shopee purchase again. To my surprise the payment had passed without any error.
The BP card was identified as CIMB card though.

i think quite a number of people maintain very low balance in bp account and top up only when they need to use it. Therefore, downtime on apps when they need to top up also same as disable them from using BP card due to insufficient balance.
part of the reason could due to balance in bp is not protected by PIDM.

anyone from Johor used BP to pay for Cukai Tanah / Quit Rent through https://onlinepayment.johor.gov.my/ before? Visa/Master is acceptable. I tried to use bp card just now but payment page showing error before proceed to get OTP. Retry and it tell me only make next payment after 24 hours.
