initiated bank transfer today, error with transfer pending.
balance already deducted but history no have any transfer info. Not sure transfer is still in progress. live chat with CS and they mention it is known to them already and they will email to inform once it is settled. Just wait for them to solve it.. |

have the "Oops! something went wrong" error after reload 1 time with SC card.
OCBC card fail as well. Only HSBC can receive OTP. |
