This is not fd. I believe this is privilege saver account. I doubt how much your account balance have to maintain to get such high interest.
*
I believe that would be OCBC 360.

You can reverse calculate yourself

0.20% pa base interest on monthly average balance
1.3% pa bonus interest per category fulfilled: Deposit RM 500, Pay 3 bills and Spend RM 500 on debit/credit card.

What to worry if your source fund is legal and the money is yours.
Just continue the modus operandi as somebody mentioned before that withdrawal is a feature not loophole or abuse.

If BP thinks the risk is so high or too much clean up to do, they should remove either credit card top up (as highlight by Albert Look from GoPayz) or remove withdrawal feature and offers EFT.
Those who wish to use EFT for cash out should provide bank account verification like HG e-wallet SOP.

How do we set the BigPay withdrawal limit in ATM?

I noticed some Maybank ATM limits you to 1.5k withdrawal only. Is it determined by the machine?
*
It is determined by the bank & machine.

but now seems like bank scared of BP more than BP scared of bank...
*
Why bank has to scare of BP?
Bank cannot fund cash back for e-wallet as it's not really real spending.
e-wallet is just conduit for money roller for somebody.

they should not remove the benefit of the cash back if they don't scared of anything
*
I'm totally agreed with this direction.
By 2021, I foresee the cash back rate will worth penniless.

BNM is heavily pushing for e-wallets and cashless.
They want to promote debit card vs credit card.

Here's the framework laid out by BNM:

but in fact this type of marketing strategy fail as customer will choose the bank that offer the most benefit that suit them well
anyway, the bank will still compete with each other if not how to survive, just like what happen to UOB One card N years ago, they choose to cut down the percentage and i choose to use others bank, now totally cancel the card after more than 15 years with them after they don't want to waive the AF even though i seldom use it
*
To differentiate from others, some cash cow bank can offer something attractive.
If every bank offers the same product, why we need so many bank brands around?

The Statement is secured by a unique password which is your First four digits of First Name and your date of birth in DDMM format.

Do take care not to include any special characters.

For example,- If your First Name is Ramesh and Date of Birth is 29th September 1978 your password will be rame2909.
I did try to key in the password according to the but still unable to view my statement.

What statement are you referring? hmm.gif

the max is 5k or 4.2k?
I always able to get 4k in HLB as long as there are 100 notes there.
*
Only that particular ATM can withdraw up to RM 5k.
He was able to test up to RM 4.2k only as that was his wallet balance during point of withdrawal.

you are right...
the max is 4.2k which is permitted by BP.
While in oversea...usually it depends on the local ATM how much note can they can draw.
*
Are you sure of this?

Hah....I think you're very confused. BP doesn't impose this limit. I happen to have balance 4200+ that time, so I simply tried. Then the next month I tried 5000.

When is your next trip?

really? it could cost you more to travel there. my office is nearby, that's why I went there.

next trip is when I have more than 5k in BP tongue.gif planning to try 9k+ and slowly reduce if the machine doesn't tell me the max I can withdraw. I don't have Hong Leong ATM card, so I can't test.
*
Obviously I won't be there but apparently, we have quite number of KV citizens that are eager to find out.

Yes PBB quantum MasterCard

If you're a health shopper at Parkson or AEON Departmental, Quantum Visa is a good addition.
Same goes to if you're a TGV or GSC hogger.
