can do partial redemption, let say 10 or 20% of ticket price?
*
I believe can:

Point 7: If you're low on BIG Points or saving them for other rewards, just get a top-up to redeem flights!

Hi all looks like ATM Cash Withdrawal from CIMB does not incur the RM6 fees, is that right?
*
You sure?
You tried it before?

Yup, after Settlement the line on RM6 has disappeared and credited back into the wallet balance.
*
Wow, this is free money!
I need to test it out at CIMB ATM later.

If the RM 6 can be hidden or not shown by their own reasons, then BP can 'hide or not show'  our true balance too by deducting small amounts without our knowledge??.....

QUOTE(sidefulnes @ Jul 26 2019, 10:55 AM)
Please track your balance. They might want you to think it's free money then encourage you to withdraw more often and take your money
*
This is a dishonest practice right?
Shouldn't we file a complaint to BNM?

It's just a theory. But it's already stated in TnC that the withdrawal fee is RM6.
When I withdraw RM300 last time , BP reflected RM306. After that the status changed to RM300. There might be a way to view the withdrawal fee which I'm not aware of so best to check with BP... I track my balance in a spreadsheet so it's more organized than BP history imo.
*
What I meant is they should disclose the fee openly; not hiding it.
The dishonest practice is referring to transparent fee disclosure; not referring to the ATM fee.

I saw it on the website that every topup of RM50 will get 1 bigpoint. Are there any monthly/weekly/daily topup and withdrawal limit? If I topup and withdraw the fund later, will the bigpoint be gone?
*
QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jul 24 2019, 08:26 PM)
use -- no limit
topup -- using cc, max rm10k per month -- using bank/fpx, no limit. however.....
wallet size -- max rm10k at any instance
https://www.bigpayme.com/faq

2. What is the maximum amount I can have in my account?
At any one time you can have a maximum of RM10,000 in your BigPay account.

3. Is there a limit on how much I can top up a month?
There is NO limit on top ups using bank transfer and debit cards, but remember that the maximum amount your account can hold is RM10,000 at any one time. If you're using a credit card to top up, you can top up a maximum of RM10,000 per month.

4. What happens when I hit my credit card top up limit?
You can still top up your BigPay account using either Bank transfers or your ATM/debit cards provided that the balance on your account does not exceed RM10,000

*
Points won't be gone upon usage/withdrawal

Be it ATM withdrawal or withdrawal from APP back to bank account?

Only ATM withdrawal is currently supported.
Alternatively, you can do a P2P transfer.

I am more interested to know how much fee for transferring back to bank account. If is free,  nice feature.
*
I'm still going to use if they charge the same as per ATM withdrawal fee.
I believe most of here will agree the same.

Anything lower is a bonus!

Guys, just started to use BP for my online spending.
Just want to ask, the points earned will also apply to Foodpanda also?
Just asking.
I have just spend RM20+ for Foodpanda today
*
Yes.
Every spending of RM 20 earns 1 BIG point.
ATM withdrawal is not considered as spending.

I noticed that inside my BigPay apps under Card column, there seem has a weird "eye" icon on the upper left of my card image which previously didn't have. (example image as below)
And weird that I can't screenshot this particular page anymore, so i just simply put a "cermin mata icon" to show ...
Would like to ask, do you all have the same "eye" icon there ?
Thank you
*
Yes. Have been discussed last week after app update.
Cannot screenshot for security reason I suppose.

No need to visit their counter.
