Really disappointed with BP customer support.
Order cancel and merchant send the money back to my MasterCard since I use the card as payment method(Payment Source)
Ask about whether it need time for BigPay to proceed the inward fund like IBG transfer which local bank need one working day to proceed only the fund will reflect into the account.
They told me, merchant have refunded my payment but it charge again with the same authorization code which applied to every card not only BigPay after I questioned how come merchant can simply charge on my card without permission.
Then they send me the statement, after I read the statement details. They refund the amount and charge the correct amount after status turn “Settled”
For example, I swipe for 100USD, BigPay will show RM404. After settled, it will show the correct amount which is RM400. So, they will refund RM404 and charge again RM400. It is not refund and charge...
Really speechless with their cs, do not fully understand how their card works. Even read the statement also dont know... sad
it's the same thing happen everywhere for eg. Paypal, you will get the refund rate on the day you get refunded, not purchased, you might gain or loss depends on the difference between purchase and refund rate.
