can I use my Big pay card to pay Maxis bill at Maxis Centre and how many points will be given? RM 1 = 1 Big pay point?

Anyone able to top up Bigpay with OCBC credit card? I keep getting something wrong and ask me to contact bank after I key in the OTP..

CL still got a lots, I’m not extreme type.. every month use only max 10% of my CL..

Seem like Bigpay not ngam with OCBC.. I key in cvv correctly.. call OCBC but engage for 20 min also can’t speak to cs..

Wonder anyone can top up with OCBC recently.. or only my card was banned by Bigpay as I only use this card for my Bigpay n boost..

My last top up using OCBC card was 2Jan. No problem.
Remember monthly credit card top up is
RM10,000 only.

May I know how many credit card can add in BIGPAY?

bigpay app approved my credit card top up even though i put wrong cvv intentionally (just to try out),

and it also prompts me for otp verification,
(this one i put the correct number)

should this be a concern?

My second RM1k bank transfer was refunded with the error transaction declined by the bank. Strange as the previous 1k tramsfer to the same bank account was successful just 3 days before that. Was charged the transaction fee for this unsuccessful transfer.

Anyhow tried to make a transfer again using another bank but seems that I have already reach my limit of 2k a month. Contacted CS twice but seems like they can't do anything. One even advised me to just spend the money instead saying I can earn big points by doing that instead of transferring it to my account ...

Read that quite a few are starting to encounter this error. Anyone knows if it's really the bank or just BigPay?

Good luck bro, both my SC cards were unable to top up since yesterday due to me always key in random CVV, input the correct CVV also cannot and now I couldn't add back the cards after removing them. GG.
