Yes you use it like a normal credit card. Mine went through without any issues.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. For me I don’t think I will use bp at petrol pumps just simply due to the pre authorisation charges, unless I have no choice (need to pump during weekdays)

I like to pump until full tank. If I go to counter I have to indicate how much I want to pump beforehand right?

One suggestion that I might have is to display the balance before the amount is deducted. Often times I have to manually reconcile as I am unsure if the amount is correctly deducted from my bigpay account.

How do we set the BigPay withdrawal limit in ATM?

I noticed some Maybank ATM limits you to 1.5k withdrawal only. Is it determined by the machine?

There is no way to check. It will be close to the rate that you see in xe currency app as the rates in bigpay is usually very competitive. Hence you do not have to worry.
