just to share that since TWO weeks ago, I have been receiving whatsapp call & calls at night. As checked in whatsapp, the number profile picture was BigPay. Immediately reported to bigpay and was advise ignore & block the calls.

Guess what, yesterday, my bigpay card was swiped for Facebook ads. The worst part is I've never link my card in Facebook before.

Already reported & lodged a dispute in Bigpay. Will report police for record purpose.

Perhaps bigpay automate the withdrawal function straight to making payment. But I think both must be using the same bank which is maybank then only can receive instantly. My guess only.

Probably your request has been processed but pending for clearing because payer using maybank. Believe this automate process also have some checkpoints because I used my sis bigpay account transfer to my maybank on yesterday but still pending,maybe need some validation during workday (account holder and beneficiary are different).

Also to confirm those who are not using maybank. If not mistaken if the payment is processed during weekend, you will receive it on the next working day by 11am. So that also can explain all requests have been processed during weekend. If is later than 11am then will be different story already.

under bank transfer, it has one dropdown menu: payment to CC

so does bank transfer will get points?

Which bank CC can we check BigPay's MCC? The MCC is it during transaction or posted? I mean, say when you transact, it is "online" then when posted another day could it change to "telco" for example?
