I guess this BP card is a virtual credit card.
Some payment gateway not supporting virtual card.
I had this type of card previously using Payza for Paypal use.

It has physical card also.
Why you claimed that it's a Virtual Credit Card then?

Lol, then we can pay anything with big pay, great

What is the point of loading cash into BP and then pay RM 6 to withdraw out back to pay house loan?

The idea of withdrawing from BP is meant if you can reload BP using CC or BT (if that's even possible) and earn cash back from CC.
Also ensure that the RM 6 withdrawal fee can be covered by the above mechanism so that you won't end up in loss.

Maybe he's out of cash to pay so wanna "advance" money in cash term ?

I also did like this last month but i'm using Boost Pay, lol ..
*
Then one shouldn't have reload cash into BP in the first place.
Withdrawing directly from CASA is RM 1 max under MEPS vs withdrawing from BP is RM 6.

I just can't see the logic at all!
Maybe certain people is too rich that RM 1 and RM 6 worth penny to them!

Sometime you may need to top up BP/Boost just to meet the target to get better return, eg
* HLB Wise - RM2,000
* RHB VS - RM1,000 / 2,500 / 3,500
* CIMB Petronas / Cash Rebate MC - RM3,000
* Maybank VS

Eg HLB Wise, I don't mind to lose RM2 to get RM100, so net gain RM98.
*
I got your point.
That was my first point which it makes more sense to reload BP with CC; not reload BP with cash.

I have come across a merchant who straight away said can't use BP. Didn't want to argue with her. Wasting my breath.
*
Some terminal doesn't support "prepaid card".
Since it falls in between credit card and debit card.

Any idea how to avoid the pre-authorized charges at petrol station? And I need to pump full tank... (no exact amount to told the cashier)
*
You can estimate only and set a preset amount at the self service dispenser.
If you pay over the counter, there shouldn't be pre-authorized amount imposed.

For full tank, we just need to inform that counter right? No need to pay anything first? (Long time no pay by cash, can't remember the procedure already...  sweat.gif )
*
Usually I left my credit card and loyalty card with the cashier if I pay at the counter.
But some said got trust issue with such practice.
So far so good for me. The cashier will ask me to go to pump first.

went to petron today and found something interesting. at the kiosk outside there are 2 options. 1 fuel up with pre authorisation of rm200 or preset option where u will only be charged what u input.
*
Yes, you can set a preset amount at Petron self-service kiosk.
The pre-authorization amount will be the amount you preset.
I think I did mention about this before few days back.

Has anyone done a comparison between spending the money loaded into BigPay vs withdrawing it out from ATMs?

ie. is it better to spend it on something you need to buy instead using another credit card or is it better to withdraw?
*
Do note that there's RM 6 withdrawal fee.

*
MEPS ATM machine is also local ATM.
Any difference?
Pay RM 6 for the withdrawal fee since it's a small peanut fee!

Shopee can pay a lot of bills.
Basically it's just through a middleman.
Some charges for small fee.

Indirect benefits from BP either in the form of cash back or points when you reload your BP with CC.
