i'm wondering how this kinda of top up error came from...
is it BP fault or users line not stable?
i didn't face all this issue ever since i got this card since May (touch wood) and only failed once from swiping at merchant Padini but they have quickly reverse the transaction and they got a good team to check and balance with those "failed" transaction.

like that they need to upgrade the server to cater the busy period

then we should come out with a name list with time schedule for topping up BP on Monday~

I think let's leave up to BP, BNM and the guy who complain about the fraud settle it and come back to us once he got the outcome…

For those who wanna keep track of their money in BP, just do once recalculate one by one and check the balance is tally with the balance shown above or not.
After that you just need to write down the final transaction and balance.
If any additional transaction, you just need to subtract or add to your last stored balance and check again the final balance whether correct or not.
This will save your time to check and balance rather than everytime extract excel with over 100 of transactions need to be calculated again.

just now try few times pay at Lazada failed, then tried Paypal for Lazada failed but saw BP deduct... Luckily it reversed and i try again direct and finally reach OTP page and went thru... Phew...

did you use apps or website booking?

try use apps in the future, i got proof that total RM6 was deducted 2 X Bigpay Meal and 1 X Bigpay Baggage Discount with Premium Flex fare.

haha, i think just need to make sure using apps to purchase next time, no need wasting time for the refund of RM2-RM6.

Btw, about the insurance that you all mentioned earlier, actually did you all know that without buying flight insurance, we are all entitled some premium from MAVCOM, that's y you can see all victims from MH370 and MH17 got paid even though most of the people didn't buy insurance.
Those luggage delay/lost all entitled without buying insurance.
Buying insurance from AA is a scam.

those who used to keep your account at RM0 must make sure you wait until your foreign and petrol transaction become settled then only withdraw the money till RM0.
once it trigger to -ve then you are being monitored by BP and this is not a good sign if your spending is less than the withdraw total.

if someone owe you money, do you keep an eye on them?
