I never realized how hard it is to prove your family and relatives are related to you.

That's until Bigpay asked me to explain my relationship to my father. I realized there really isn't any government or legal document for this beyond a birth certificate, and then I still can't explain my sister...

Bigpay really asks for too much...

You are not allowed to let someone else including your father to use your credit/debit cards right? So is it legal your father use your credit/debit cards to top up his Bigpay's account?

It should be ok if sending e-money from a Bigpay account to another Bigpay account.
If sending Bigpay credit to someone's bank account, it should be ok if Bigpay allows it.

But bigpay ask who and why I'm sending money to my relatives... It's a bit too much

Anyone having trouble sending money internationally? My transfer just got refunded after a few hours but they kept the rm10 fee. No reason provided. Tried to ask customer support but the queue of 3 people is stuck there for an hour. It's like they only have 1 part time guy working on customer support.

Not only the app is down, tried purchasing something online also can’t go through. How to become a big Fintech player? No failover?

Sounds like very typical AA routine.

Hopefully no data breach.

All of AirAsia group's apps are epic fails.. their so called super app cannot maintain session state, cannot checkout for purchases, and is extremely buggy..

These days I use Wise and Instarem. The latter has a new user promotion where they give you rm200 during your first transfer of rm1000. The deal was so good for me that after I confirmed it was without strings attached I signed up everyone in my family and collected a few rm200... Heh. Let me know if anyone needs a referral.

It's a borderless world. We have buy sell trades across borders, we have friends, children, and relatives overseas, we have businesses or branches overseas, or we invest in overseas markets, or trade crypto ...

Sharing - Bigpay has a daily limit for top-ups from any source, at RM10k, and this limit is imposed regardless of whether your topup transaction is successful or not. I tried topping up RM5k twice, and the bank's fraud unit blocked the card, but after I called and unblocked the card, I found that I still couldn't top up my Bigpay, because I've hit the daily limit.

CS advised to wait 24 hours and try again, as the limit would reset by then.

Also, do you guys notice that whenever we complete a topup the app would briefly flash what looks like a text console screen at a tiny font size 1, before showing your top up confirmation screen?

Erm I top up 500 this month.. When I try top up 600 it didn't show me the fee charges? Do now have fees whenever use cc? I see latest tnc charge 2 rm below 100 and RM5 above hundred and 1 percent for above 1k..
So if I top up 1k per month do I need to pay fees?
*
You will be charged 1% for amounts topped up exceeding rm1k, e.g. You top up total rm1,100 .. you'll get charged 1% on rm100.

Same. Things can still flow as normal when seeing that screen.

Yes correct. Sometimes when there is lag, I can clearly read the top of the screen (there are several variations), which says "WEBSITE NOT AVAILABLE"... 😅
