Hi I'm in Singapore. Can I actually CDM sgd into my bigpay card in singapore? Apparently withdraw too much sgd now wondering can I cash deposit them back into my card??

I just found out a potential security flaw, already report to the support and they say they will look into it.

Kinda hard for me to explain it by words but basically, I just realised that when I'm topping up my BP, after i chose the card i saved, when BP ask for the cvv number for verification purpose, even tho I key in the wrong cvv number, it will still bring me into the page where i have to key in the OTP number.  In end I can top up my BP successfully despite keying in the wrong cvv since the very beginning.

they don't have the list, they just randomly tikam even though u are not a BP user
same like Boost, sure got one or two ppl kena this kind of scam if they are greedy enuf

I swiped my card in Vietnam today but the transaction did not appear yet even after 9 hours. Is this normal? Or I got early New Year present?

For some reason, BP doesn't work with Malindo. Tried many times to purchase ticket online but failed every time.

Tried withdrawing RM4k at HLB Bukit Tinggi and USJ Taipan. Both tries failed with message amount more than withdrawal limit. Then tried RM3k also failed.

At the beginning of the month and past few months, I withdrew RM4k from HLB and there weren't any problems.

If only "ATM", then can be >2K, but sadly HL BT ATM m/c is 2K for now few days back...

1) Are these maximum transaction amounts applicable?
2) Has anyone here converted Ringgit Malaysia to Singapore Dollar in BigPay App, and then transferred Singapore Dollar in savings account in Maybank Singapore, CIMB Singapore, DBS / POSB, OCBC Singapore and so on?
3) How does BigPay deduct my money (in Ringgit Malaysia) for oversea bank transfer? Via FPX? So, I do not need to reload my BigPay card first for the oversea bank transfer, right?
4) Roughly how many days does the oversea bank transfer require to be completed?
5) How can I download the PDF file of the oversea transfer receipt?

actually i've been told it doesn't follow mastercard rate but their service provider rate. Someone reported the rate wasn't great compared to other established providers.

Why the difference? It's simple: to access the international banking system, we have to use third-party service providers - and we're working with their exchange rates
