For those who withdrawn from CIMB ATM machine, did the machine prompted for PIN when BIGPAY card is inserted?

I have a friend who managed to withdrawn cash thru his BIGPAY card from CIMB ATM without keying PIN through the whole process. To me this is a very high risk if we accidentally lost our card.
