how do i with the bigpay scan the QR ?

the only way to scan QR is :
my phone , and QR code is outside my phone .

anyway to scan QR within the phone ? thanks

2. Point collected till July ..... Missing Aug/Sep

Update :

1. Received my new BP card (from masterccard to VISA)
2. As i used to topup/withdraw from FX broker using BP , the new BP card caused some issue .
for the new BP card , i did small withdrawal of USD50 to test .
The withdrawal went through at broker side.
BP side : the transaction came in , still pending .
Before the USD50 came in , i have around RM700 from the PBB VS campaign topup
After the USD50 (RM4.08 exchange rate) , BP balance ~RM400 instead of +RM200
I'm waiting for few days for the transaction to settled before contact BP .

Update :

Today phone rang ....watsapp call .
pick up . Claimed to be from Bigpay :
said my BLUE bigpay card cannot use , need to change to RED .
want to verified my poskod.
Suspecting something wrong. i said i will called back .

Check true caller app ===> Bigpay SCAM

Check with bigpay support.
CS ask u got give out OTP ?
bla bla bla ......all no ... luckily.
BP claim never give out OTP .
and BP only have BLUE card , no red color.


Beware .

i still have a few transaction from 3May status "pending" .

try to contact CS, it;s always bot, and not available .

bigpay support keep offline.

my case was i withdraw $ from abroad using BP
instead of credit the $ , BP deduct my balance
BP is looking into it.

my bigppay seems to have connection issue.
cannot reach me .
