This morning woke up found my CARD got BLOCKED.


Bigpay want :
1. credit card statement
2. explanation of ATM withdrawals
3. explaination of peer to peer transfer.


*so far , i try have mixed varieties of transactions .
this been started since BP launch .

now , this .....
will update more later.

ok, some update of my case.

calling to the number BP , 1300-13-3388 or 03-76629200 is useless.
the line is noisy , i can hardly hear anythjing


chat through bigpay apps,
the response is SLOW , and i tried to attach pic/support doc , it;s failed !!
everything have to get a new CS to talk, it's really wasting time/effort/beautiful saturday

some questions u guys ask :
1. ATM withdrawal --i did 2--3 times per month , RM4K each time (i wire back USD back to the card)
2. P2p transfer -back in Jan , before Shopee impleement 2% fee , i did many p2p transfer. AFTER that , its been cut to minimum .
may be RM400 x4 PER month .....

in between , i spend RM1--200 for retails transactions too .


**CS claimed that my email address is wrong, and will rectify , but then, i still havent get their email ....


now, anyway to unblock the card FAST ?

Since cannot print-screen .

Now CS sent through email :

BP didn say anytihng wrong,
just unblocked card.


so today i STARTED to P2P === RM800

and would continue ATM withdraw RM4000 , as USD coming in later.

Update my blocked card case :

1. My card already unblocked after submit those supporting doc.
2. Ask BP what;s the rule/restriction on P2P transfer/ATM withdraw.
always no reply. And i have include BNM in the emails , still BP refused to answer . Let's see BNM reply.

In the mean time , life goes on as usual .

Latest update my blocked card case ,
finally after many emails + BNM in loop BP finally clarify :


I'm Amir, from BigPay.

Please be informed that there is no restriction for cash withdrawals as long as the machine accepts MasterCard, you can perform cash withdrawal worldwide, except in Israel & North Korea. And the limit is RM10,000 or 10 successful withdrawals daily and the fee is RM6 per withdrawal locally and RM10 per withdrawal internationally.

As for Peer-2-Peer Transfer, as long the recipient is in your BigPay contact list, you may transfer to fund to them. The daily limit is RM2000 with no monthly limit. We hope this email finds you well and should you need further assistance, please let us know and we will look into it right away. Thank you for contacting BigPay and have a nice day.

Unblocked after 3 days back in 16Dec, after submit supporting doc (credit card statement print-screen).

i'm not happy BP just block like that , and demand the answer. they refused to answer , till i include BNM

the card block issue solved back in DEC .

when submit doc, i asked what are the rules/restriction for ATM withdrawal + P2P transfer.
BP replied a few emails , but never ANSWER them .

in the end , BNM email is very helpful .


now, i dun need ATM withdrawal + p2p transfered . (i can close my shopee/bigpay transfer ad).

The conversion , seems rigged.
1250 BP = 600 mesra point = RM6 petrol
