My Primary card in Grab always is Bigpay, no issue so far. Maybe you can try again later? Sometimes its hard to tell if it is system glitch at which side (Grab or Bigpay).

OT: Recently did any one able to do redeem on big point partially in website, www.airasia.com ?
Example:
Balance: 1000 big point,
Redeem any amount: 800 big point.

Do not seems to have the option to select big point for deduction in the payment screen of airasia.com.

Any one know how to redeem partially?

anyone got problem top up bigpay? it went to the otp page, after enter otp and proceed. it shows Oops! Something went wrong.

edit: settle. i cant top up rm1000 but i can topup RM500-RM900. not sure why. not just one acc. all 3 bigpay acc. lol. did somehow they revise topup amount? seems weird like all 3 bigpays cannot topup rm1000 but change to rm900 and below then can. i did not try 901-999 so that easier for me to keep track cc quota used.

As long as CC top-up still allow even for smaller amount, this card won't end up into freezer.

I just tested, can still top up using PB Debit card. But normally there is a daily limit for using a debit card, around RM2000-3000 only.
Still can get discount for add-on items if you use Bigpay.

BP's benefits eg good exchange rate for foreign transaction, buying meal and extra baggage, AirAsia special tickets.

Get family member to register bigpay.
Use they acc to reload , transfer to your bigpay.
Then you have higher amount can spend.

Yes reload is cap at 2.5k
But never limit the transfer from other card to you.

Reloading CC is very smooth from 12am onwards.

put the amount, fill in cc details, put otp/tac then amount appeared at bp...
