Top up using digi apps failed 2 times with BP, use others credit no issue 

Top up for friend, use Digi apps top up got 10% extra credit to buy internet package. Previously with BP no issue, today only got issue

Next top up will try to remove and add the BP card again

Recently my transactions not auto to 'Settled' . 16June transaction till not still 'Pending'
Had to submit ticket to CS

Minimum 20 days to pay back. Can stretch to almost 50.

reload same/+1 day after statement date. they pay back exactly on due date.

~30 days till next statement + 21 days interest free grace period (due date)

Put so much effort for little money, better put your effort on job and u will get higher return after promotion.

Sorry for out of topic, I just received a call from gopayz to suspends my account until actual July launching date. 😓

So PBB quantum card is still safe for cash back for bigpay topup? Or gone as well?

BigPayJonathan seems like this issue has been plaguing BP users for almost 2 weeks now. Just a heads up to you in case you're in the dark about it.

I've always killed all my app & never had issue with them sending me notification. If BigPay is the only one that failed with notification due to the required procedure you're describing, then the problem is definitely isolated to the BigPay app itself.

I have an open ticket with them due to transactions not appearing in my list & it has been more than a week. I gave them an unsatisfied feedback when they sent me the survey email & they updated the ticket that they were "seriously" looking into the issue.

Apart from the notification issue, my app is now not showing any contacts that I can send money to & the BIG points aren't working either.

Oh well.

got this email from BigPay, before respond to them let me call them tomorrow to ask if this is a genuine email from BigPay or not. I guess every month i top up 10k withdraw 10k is quite suspicious till they want to know the source of fund. Dont feel like giving them the entire statement, most likely will just blur out those non bigpay transaction and only send them the bigpay transaction. Will have to do multiple printscreen on this as well. Damn why am i so unlucky. Am i the first one?

I also got this last year. They ask me for the card statement and reason why withdraw >100k in a month. After few weeks, account ban but I successful open back account after few months. Now I still withdraw 10k a month but I will spend some.
