yes, luckily traveloka can pay by PayPal

just found out the digi apps got new interface, need to register again by receiving OTP and link email and create new password again
try to add BP into the payment wallet and fail by retrieving back to previous page...
try to pay my bill directly using BP and success and at the same time save the card as well phew...

Mine is postpaid no problem paid directly and with the option to save the card after paid, if manually add without paying failed

Why don't u use boost to top up digi prepaid?

don't worry so much, i got one transaction on last year June till this year Feb or Mar only become settled

anyway if you guys got something wrong on the balance, feel free to chat with the in apps support, they will send you the statement and from there you can see some transactions not shown in the apps.
i got 2 transactions not shown in the apps and with their help i'm able to keep track back the current balance after their support.

actually only 20 days interest free grace period
total interest free + statement date = 20 + (28~31) + X hours (X = hours before midnite of the statement date = 48~51 days + X hours if you reload on the evening of the statement date

i don't think is apps problem, even though TnG also like that, you need to add the apps to auto startup and also lock the apps in the background in order for it to keep running and receiving notification

try do the way i'm doing, it's working fine, it's like previously WhatsApp problem, the Android got some update issue which might affect the apps behaviour, not related to the apps itself

not just BP, my TnG also got such problem, after manual modification on the settings now ok already, just like what happen to my Whatsapp earlier

it's all up to you all want to wait for their fix or solve it temp for urself 1st cos sometime the Android base services updated and affect apps as well, they need time to find out the cause to fix it

i already told you, it's not something CS can understand, need the one that create the apps then only can know the bugs behind the backbone, this will takes time and if you willing to wait just wait for them the solve, for me i will just take my initiative to solve it myself without much effort

if you are sure the balance is showing correct, just that the withdrawal amount is not shown then should be ok.
like my case i forgot the two transactions made from AEON and it is not shown in the apps, therefore the balance is not showing tally with my calculation, so i ask the in apps support and they can generate a pdf statement and from there i can find out the missing transaction shown in the apps.
i ask them to update the transactions in the apps and after 1-2 working days, it does appear back.

luckily i'm not using it to top up and withdraw purposely...
anyway the 2nd and 3rd item are the most important part, make sure you answer properly especially the 2nd one, if you are really using others people cc would be a big problem...
