Seems like you're right. It it correlated to the current balance in the wallet.

What is the big concern here?
Both cards have been awarding cash back before the MCC 6520 era (original MCC was 6012 and it is back to 6012 after app update).

That is not controlled by BP right?
That is controlled by payment gateway.
On SC 3D security page, there's an option for Resend OTP.

Yes.
At the current stage, old rev app is still pointing to MCC 6520.
Some reported that with older app can still get spin.
