Thanks to lamode for sharing your experience. I was able to use that at my advantage and got my card back today!!! 

Also thanks to the friendly and helpful Atm officer the whole process was less than 10 mins. - She initially said I can't get back the card and have to renew the card myself. However I mentioned that there were cases like this before and the bank actually returned the card after verified the identification. So I did thumb print etc. She wrote down my card number and name and didn't even call BP. And I got the card back

Now I can finally let out that sigh of relief. However I would like to emphasize one more time:

AVOID RHB ATM AT ALL COST!

The transaction doesn't count as cash advance as you're not withdrawing cash directly from the card.
You're using/swiping the card to top up.

sometime i am curious about the cc name thingy.
i've always opt to put my fav name on the credit card. i wonder if my name is Lee CB, i know ican put my english name on the CC as Richard Lee, or Peter Lee. Then can i use to top up to bigpay as my name in bigpay should be following my ic name which is Lee CB. If this can, mean i can use the credit card to reload on other Lee's account? and of course, single bp account but not multiple bp account.

i was informed by three hongleong bank in sibu sarawak.

all the cdm/atm machine cannot withdraw rm4,000 anymore. because there is instruction from top management , for cdm/atm machine, no rm100 will be withdrawed

still same thing withdrawal is still 40 pieces, but all is rm50 only.
i try ambank and maybank atm which with rm20 and rm100 note one, still can withdraw rm3000 only

cutting between JOP or Liverpool, which is more practical/make sense?

if purely for bp topup, keeping liverpool seems better.

rm2k for rm50 cb. straightforward affair. no cb tiering to manage. however af waiver is problematic.

For bigpay, if transfer to friend is it considered under bank transfer limit of rm2k?

What is the max limit that can transfer to fren’s big pay per month and is there any charges?

For bank transfer, the receipient must be our own account or could be fren’s bank account?

actually i still don't get the whole idea..

the big pay idea may sound very appealing and futuristic..

but bigpay is simply a physical prepaid mastercard and nowhere near an ewallet.

from a user pov, using bigpay does not make much sense..

since all bank issue debit card now and can be used directly..

perhaps there are certain group of people paranoid to use debit card directly as it link to their bank acc directly, hence reload debit card into bigpay and use bigpay instead of bank debit card (since there is a limit of reload into bigpay as if limit the damage).

not to mention those ewallet with all sorts of promo to entice ppl to use them.

if we refer overseas case scenario, when moving towards cashless society, ewallet will be the upcoming trend, but not a prepaid physical mastercard which does nothing except giving some bigpoint which you can't use anytime soon due to the pandemic.

My renewed BigPay card got paywave logo, have anyone successful pay by paywave?
So far I tried at 2 restaurant, they say not able to use dont know their terminal / internet problem or what.
