Yes faced before. If not mistaken, you need to update certain info in your mesra card. Sorry can't remember exactly what I have done. Some said need to call up but I never did that.

Taobao app decide the rate and charge in MYR. There is no conversation rate by credit card company.

Got difference is Forex rates. Visa rates higher of not mistaken.

Okay mine is 2022. Yesterday There is some sort of msg pop up to say my card going to expire soon. But then I checked my card only expire in mid of 2022.

Reload TnC ewallet on 11 Nov but fail. BP side deducted but till now still showing "Pending" status. TouchnGo wallet customer service told me will take up to 4 to 5 days for reversal to BP card. BP customer service told me yesterday that they will escalate the issue their team to check. How long usually take to solve?

Eventually you have to activate since your card expired right? Then nothing much you can do.

There is popup msg from the BigPay app to remind you. Just follow the steps.

No limit but up to maximum of RM10,000 in BigPay account.
