is it worth the effort to use BP to earn airmiles instead of cash back?

how much airmiles minimum to redeem a return ticket to Hong Kong or Taipei?

till now I still cannot topup using my maybank cards...don't know why..my account is clean..I never do withdrawal from ATM...I only have 1 BP account..and credit cards that I used were for this account only..

Are people trying to 'abuse' BigPay by topup usingmultiple credit card to enjoy cashback then later withdraw all the money from ATM ?

Whether your company accepts it is your company policy right?
Company A accepts BP screenshot may not applicable to your company.

Aren't you supposed to use the store / merchant receipts to claim your expenses instead of BP? AFAIK, HR / Finance usually doesn't entertain claims using CC receipts right?

how do you achieve that? only your company's finance can answer these...

1) do they accept non-MYR claims? i suppose merchants would just use their local currency instead of converting for you.

2) if yes, do they use their own predefined rates to convert to MYR? usually companies with frequent overseas businesses/trips have their own rates to refer.

3) do they accept non-merchant receipts/invoices without actual merchant's header/letterhead/company name?

4) if yes, then ask if mobile screenshot is acceptable (non-merchant info)

5) if no, then end of the day, still need merchant's receipts/invoices, which goes back to Q1 above.

6) do they accept your cc statement as proof? or still requires on merchant's receipts/invoices? imo, merchant's original receipts/invoices are final transaction took place. your cc statement is the proof of payment (if your finance requires it).

Is it just me that almost every time I open the app, the transactions page will load for some time? Sometimes they still don't appear and I have to kill the app before opening it again, then it will be OK.

Im using CIMB Enrich by MAS. I have spent around RM28k for last month. Bigpay-EC was RM8000 and the bonus miles i get was 5099. Called up CIMB CS, she need to check with related department before answering me.

I already confirmed receiving 5XTP on 14/3 (top up on 13/3). So I should stop using BP and SCB JOP to top up Boost.

Same issue topping up Boost with BP, probably because I kept topping up rm60 again and again for the mission rewards. Cc-ed to BNM for hopefully a quicker resolution.

can use BP card to top up boost - not sure is boost fault or bigpay fault, anyone has any idea?
