if you worry, then just reloading using your card. simple as that.

Tried to slot and pin my BP card yesterday at a random accessories shop, transaction failed even though sufficient funds...end up have to use the credit card...this BP is not reliable.

My RM10 stuck in PayPal account for years (only use for overseas transfer). I think somewhere last year, use to pay for some local transaction (lazada if not mistaken). Unfortunately PayPal can't accept amex for local use.

what u can do is use visa/mc linked to ur paypal to make local purchases that accept paypal. it will use up the paypal balance first and the extra will be charged to ur card.

As long as they accept Paypal (more and more merchant are accepting Paypal nowadays)
But I would use Amex instead for GSC

Maybank visa/master rate rm0.623
While big pay most of the settled transactions is at rm0.603.

However, some of the terminals just won’t work with bigpay while Maybank master card would work.
