I trust they do. And they’ll intercept and reverse immediately. Just that we don’t get to see it real time posted like BigPay app. Receive bill once a month from bank and give us peace of mind

I encounter twice of this. My heart skipped a bit when it happened

First time, I have to file dispute with BP and bank. Bank acknowledge their ATM fault. Took BP >2 months to refund

Second time the amount was reverse back into BP within 1 min. Pheewww

Hope you don't end up months in clawing back the amount

I'm starting to figure out the modus operandi here. Thought about it cos my relative just got his Maybank account lock out because of spamware in his phone. I'm just speculating here:

- You are using Android phone
- You sideload apk or rooted your device
- There's spamwhere reading your device passwords / reporting your activity / detecting OTP without your knowledge

What's so special about having ApplePay in M'sia? It's still troublesome when make payment over the counter, can't just wave like any other cc. Have to unlock using your FaceID or TouchID first

I read somewhere Sarawak Pay also kena compromise. I think scammers probably find loophole for e-wallet

My wife and I are also BigPay users but already stop using it since 2 May. Money already zero inside. Touch wood no scammers targeting yet

I suspect BP internal got hanky panky going on...
