That email address is valid.
I believe some in here has been interrogated before by BigPay compliance team.
Their support email address is support.my@bigpayme.com

Previously, they were using riskmgmt@bigpayme.com.my

That is just a sample email that I searched thorough in this thread of somebody in here received such love letter from BigPay.

I'm not that email recipient.

RM 2.5k per month top up is only scoped to top up using credit card.

Issues from Boost on 29th July: what happened & why did this happen?

Hey BigPay Fam, we have received reports of unauthorized transactions coming from Boost (@myboostapp).

After an investigation, we can confirm that these are late settlements from Boost for past top-ups done via your BigPay card. This is affecting everyone, and not just BigPay users.
