I purposely went to open a BSA with PB and got a Lifestyle Debit card for it!

Withdrawal feature is still there and not removed like Boost's bank transfer.

You can still top up to BigPay e-wallet using debit card and/or internet banking transfer and withdraw either using bank transfer or ATM withdrawal whichever channel you prefer.
