Happened to me a few times already
Even my missus friends who we went out for dinner on a few occasions using different cars also thought our headlight was on highbeam.

I also find that the LED headlamp on my 2.2D is not that bright enough as to me the beam are angled quite high above the ground, instead of pointing downward to the ground

The ALH will auto adjust the brightness and beam when it detects incoming traffic, etc.
Pity there's no knob on the dashboard to adjust the up and down tilt of beam like some cars

My 2.2D battery warning and iStop already blinking this morning.
Tell tale sign the stock battery is going to kaput soon.
Mileage is reaching 38k after 1 yr 2 moths usage.

Called Bermaz SC and was quoted RM658 + Rm35 labour for 2.2D iStop battery, as 2.2D use T110 battery, whereas petrol iStop use Q85 which is slightly cheaper.
For petrol Q85, can get from RM4xx-5xx whereas for diesel T110 price is from RM600 onwards

Try this. Our ori battery is not dry-cell.

Go battery shop n add water, your battery can spare for few more mths.

Its proven, but not widely spread, only spread among the shark cx-5 group.

Battery warranty is 1 year or 20k km, whichever comes first
Can change outside, but was told that if do outside without the ECU reset, some error warnings will still appear after the battery replacement.

How are the shades? good ah? Interested in getting too....

Hi Bro, i bought the samurai shades, no such issue on "CX5 rear window is made curved, So it have 2 clips to hold the rear shade", no clips, 100% magnet with no issue to attach to the car 

just cost me RM99 for 6 pieces, worth the price

ops...my mistake, you are talking about "rear windscreen" shade? just now i mention "no clip" required is for rear passenger windows (samurai shade)....i didnt purchase the rear windscreen shade from Samurai, because it will be too dark for me, especially during night (i using double layer for my rear windscreen, original CX5 skytint + HO 30%)

Ah, finally it happened to my new car! Was driving up to Genting last weekend and a stupid lorry was furiously fast in the middle lane and rocks and sands start flowing from it and i was in the fast lane and in front of me there was a car driving parallelly with the lorry....and so I'm forced to tail behind the lorry and i heard dreadful rocks and sands hitting my car....(facepalm)

although it's normal and in most cases unavoidable if driving in highways, still heart break seeing the paint chipped on my bonet...ouchhh! dunno if there is any touch up service to fix that if i wanted to

For me, I replaced the Skytint with 3M on Day 1 I collected the car. So far very satisfied.

Speaking about Ninja and Samurai shades, I wonder how different are they in terms of functionality? Both offer similar things but price is so much difference...

samurai shades have 2 different packages in Shopee, 1 with 6pcs cost RM99, another 1 with 7pcs (including the RWS shade) cost RM200++ (cannot remember how much). I bought 6pcs, because to me i think is enough as Im using C30 + skytink (double layer for RWS).

groovy is the most expensive brand...if not mistaken it cost more than Rm400 for the package.

I also feel same if tear off rm2k lost, so I just apply another layer on it and now front screen have 3 layered with 10in top black tint! I stick my smart tag on top black screen there so far no issue on passing toll.

Btw, anyone experiencing loose scuff plates? My car only 1 month old but the scuff plates already loose. Everytime have to press it back down to stick.

You didn't bring back to SC to check? My left rear door also felt loose when going over uneven surface (rattling sound). That day brought it up with SC during my 1k KM service and they changed the latch for me. Now ok dy.

yeah same here, applied vkool elite on FWS thinking it's the BEST, mana tau still hot like roasted chicken under the sun. Not sure if original skytint is better or my vkool is fake (don't think so la coz I got 'cert' and it was installed by SA)
